ACBT takes green/environmental protection/human health/sustainable development strategies into consideration, continues to care about stakeholders’ concerns, and establishes transparent and effective communication channels with all stakeholders of the company.

Regarding environmental, social and corporate governance projects or issues that are expected to have significant impacts on investors and other stakeholders, ACBT has a dedicated unit to lead and assess the risks of the relevant projects and formulate response measures. We have an internal information notification and distribution system to ensure that relevant responding strategies are communicated and the implementation status is timely understood. Relevant personnel will be organized to set up a special processing team when necessary to formulate responding strategies and implement measures. Report the status of communication with various stakeholders to the board of directors every year.

  1. ACBT reviews suppliers' environmental and safety violations, and gives priority to manufacturers with production capabilities.
  2. ACBT’s purchasing department reviews suppliers on regular basis, to encourage suppliers to follow relevant polices such as environmental protection and labor safety, in addition to quality, delivery, service and defective handling, environmental protection and occupational safety are also included in the regular evaluation of suppliers.
