Our company has officially signed an agreement to utilize the "Stock Affairs e-Counter (eCounter Platform)" provided by the Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation (TDCC) for shareholders to handle stock affairs through digital signatures.

For details on the stock affairs that are currently available for digital processing, please visit the eCounter Platform at https://stockservices.tdcc.com.tw/evote/index.html and refer to the published information.

For other stock affairs that are not yet available for electronic processing on this platform, shareholders are requested to continue using the traditional paper-based application method, affixed with their registered seal, and submit the documents to the company's stock transfer agent, Sinopac Securities Corporation, Stock Transfer Agency Department.
